Amazon is seeking an AMZL Sr. Station Leader to oversee a Delivery Station's budget, people development, and operations. You will lead a team of Operations, Area, and Shift Managers and drive safety, quality, and customer experience.
You will forecast, set performance targets, mentor staff, partner with DSPs, and implement lean initiatives to meet or exceed the business plan while delivering orders 24/7.
