- Pizza Preparation: Assemble 120 pizzas per shift using industrial dough rollers.
- Register Operation: Process 45 transactions hourly on touch screen POS systems.
- Food Safety: Monitor 4 holding warmer temperatures every 60 minutes.
- Sanitation: Sanitize 6 prep counters using commercial chemical test strips.
