Finance and Administration Manager
About the role
This role involves ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents. You will develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with business objectives, while monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability. The position requires overseeing accounting and finance operations to ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards, and leading and mentoring the team.
Key responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
Ensure timely completion of audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with business objectives
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability
Oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee accounting and finance operations and ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
Implement and enforce internal controls, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
Stay updated on new accounting standards, tax rules, and regulatory changes; ensure the organization's timely adaptation
Lead and mentor team while supporting strategic financial reporting
Oversee fund and treasury management including liquidity monitoring, bank transactions, and cash flow projections
Identify skill gaps and support employee development through training, coaching, and effective performance management
Collaborate with the broader team to identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions
About you
Minimum of 5-7 years of finance management experience
Proficiency in Quickbooks online is essential for this role
CPA qualification is required for this position
