Global Outwards Reinsurance Leader

Santam is seeking a Head of Outwards Reinsurance to design, place and optimise all outward reinsurance across its global portfolio. You will guide treaty and facultative placements, oversee analytics and governance, and maintain key relationships with global reinsurers and brokers.

You will work with senior executives to align reinsurance strategy with risk appetite, capital objectives and growth plans, while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
