Job Responsibilities

• Source qualified applicants using social media & online platforms
• Respond to inquiries and guide applicants
• Assist candidates throughout the application process
• Follow up on applicant status

Requirements -Mobile phone or Laptop/Desktop

-Stable internet connection

-Good communication skills

-Willing to work in a commission-based setup

Compensation (Performance-Based)

Earn ₱20,000+ monthly depending on successful hires who complete 15 days of work

KPI Incentives:

• 100 hires – ₱20,000
• 50 hires – ₱10,000
• 40 hires – ₱ 7,500
• 30 hires – ₱ 3,500
• 20 hires – ₱ 2,500
• 15 hires – ₱ 2,000

Additional Commission

• 100+ hires: ₱200 per hire
• 1–14 hires: ₱100 per hire

The more hires you onboard, the higher your earnings—NO LIMIT!

Salary Schedule

Cut-off: 1–15 → Pay: 20th–22nd

Cut-off: 16–30/31 → Pay: 05th–07th

Note:

Only applicants who complete 15 days of work are counted as successful hires.
