About the job:

Key responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for US-based clients
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to submission
Use LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain strong candidate relationships and recruitment pipelines

5. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is a plus
