IT Support Technician (Remote) Location: UK – Remote Job Type: Full-time Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per annum Role Overview We are recruiting an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support day-to-day IT operations. This fully remote opportunity is suited to someone with strong problem-solving skills and an interest in IT support. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to users. Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues. Set up and maintain user accounts, devices and systems. Log, monitor and resolve IT support tickets. Escalate complex technical issues when required. Maintain accurate IT documentation and support records. Requirements Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common IT systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous IT support, helpdesk or technical support experience is desirable. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
