Leading a team of designers, the full-time Lead Accessibility Specialist will manage the design process for digital products, ensuring user-centered experiences while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Envision and design user-centered experiences that align with business goals and user needs
  • Mentor Product Designers and advocate for design thinking methodologies across teams
  • Conduct user research and lead design workshops to enhance the overall customer experience
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field, or a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
  • Proven expertise in Product Design and Human-Centered Design methodologies
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe, Sketch, InVision, or Figma
  • Strong project and people management skills, with experience leading product development processes
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and cross-platform design issues
