Job Description MADI International is looking for a driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah. Role Summary As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with salons and beauty centers, and promoting our premium hair care product portfolio in Ras Al-Khaimah. This is a client-facing role requiring energy, product knowledge, and a passion for the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell hair care products to salons, beauty centers, and retailers in Ras Al-Khaimah Build and maintain strong client relationships Achieve sales targets and contribute to the market growth Provide product demonstrations and trainings to clients Monitor competitor activity and market trends Report regularly on sales performance and customer feedback What We're Looking For Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Based in Ras Al-Khaimah Valid UAE driver's license Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus Requirements
