<p><strong>Drug Product Packaging Associate (MFG I/II/III)</strong></p><p><em>Chicago, IL - Full-Time, Permanent</em></p><p><br></p><p>We are searching for Drug Product Packaging Associates with a leading biologics manufacturer in Chicago, IL. Multiple levels available - MFG I, II, and III. Full-time, permanent position - not contract. Rotating 1st and 2nd shift schedule.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be working within the Drug Product packaging team, executing labeling, blister packaging, serialisation, and palletisation operations for clinical and commercial biologics in a cGMP cleanroom environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Operating syringe labeling machines, blister packaging, check weighers, serialisation and aggregation equipment</li><li>Visual inspection of labeled syringes, blister packs, printed cartons, and shippers</li><li>Manual packing of syringes and components into cartons and shippers</li><li>Weight verification of cartons to ensure no missing components</li><li>Palletisation of finished packed goods</li><li>Completing batch records, logbooks, and cGMP documentation accurately and on time</li><li>Line inspection and line clearance of packaging area</li><li>Reporting non-conformances and deviations to the shift supervisor</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you need:</strong></p><ul><li>MFG I/II: 1-2 years packaging or cGMP manufacturing experience</li><li>MFG III: 3-4 years packaging or cGMP manufacturing experience</li><li>Experience with labeling, blister packing, serialisation, or aggregation equipment preferred</li><li>Comfortable with batch records and GMP documentation</li><li>Associate degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or related - or equivalent industry experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Annual bonus plus overtime & relocation package available.</p><p><br></p><p>Apply directly or get in touch to discuss.</p>
