Part-Time Faculty - NSTP

• Deliver Core Curriculum: Facilitate lectures and activities focusing on community development, social welfare, literacy training, or defense preparedness.
• Promote Civic Consciousness: Foster student awareness regarding national development, environmental protection, disaster preparedness, civic duties, human rights, and leadership.
• Mentor Community Projects: Guide students in planning, executing, and sustaining community-based service learning projects and field immersions.
• Ensure Student Safety: Manage student welfare during outdoor or physical activities, applying basic life support or first aid protocols if necessary.
• Curriculum Design & Compliance: Develop lesson plans, course syllabi, and interactive materials tailored to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) directives.
• Academic Administration: Design, administer, and grade student assessments, reflection papers, and project outputs while accurately encoding grades within university deadlines.
