Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Mobile Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises, personnel, and assets across various locations. This dynamic role involves patrolling assigned areas, responding swiftly to incidents, and maintaining a visible security presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational skills, strong conflict management abilities, and a commitment to safeguarding people and property. Duties
- Conduct hourly patrols of designated sites using mobile patrol vehicles or on foot to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access via round verification system
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and ensure the integrity of security operation
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and personnel through proper access control procedures
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes to maintain a secure environment
- Document all incidents accurately in detailed reports for future review and compliance purposes
- Follow directions as needed either verbal or written or in TEAM chat using ‘WhatsApp’
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields with a focus on mobile patrols
- Certified in first aid and CPR; ability to respond effectively during medical emergencies
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with clients, law enforcement, and team members
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining high levels of vigilance
- Escort staff to vehicles at end of shift
