Job Description: Manage a shared inbox receiving information requests Log, track, and assign requests to team members Analyze requestors, requested information, release eligibility, and applicable SOPs Collaborate with program and customer staff to compile requested documents Review files and redact information according to SOPs Analyze complex or unique requests using prior scenarios and team/leadership guidance Submit completed requests according to urgent or standard timelines Manage, track, and authorize child advocate appointments for program participants Participate in special projects, including large document requests related to litigation inquiries Assist the FOIA team with processing requests and other tasks Requirements: 2+ years of related document or program analysis experience working at an agency that provides services for underserved/vulnerable populations Demonstrated experience working with sensitive documentation Understanding of proper PII handling Experience following SOPs outlining release of information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Experience working with underserved/vulnerable populations preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field preferred MBI (T2) public trust requirement Must be able to work 40 scheduled hours per week Benefits: Medical plan options, including plans with Health Savings Accounts Dental plan options Vision plan 401(k) plan with pre-tax and post-tax contributions up to IRS annual limits and company match Full flex work weeks where possible Paid vacation, sick, personal, holiday, parental, military, bereavement, and jury duty leave Short- and long-term disability benefits Life insurance Accidental death and dismemberment insurance Personal accident insurance Critical illness insurance Business travel and accident insurance
