Job Description We are seeking a Senior Program / Delivery Lead to drive coordinated execution of strategic simplification and modernization priorities.This is a delivery-focused leadership role responsible for turning strategy into an integrated execution plan across business, technology, Intellibus, and partner teams.You will own the integrated roadmap, delivery governance, dependencies, risks, and executive visibility required to keep complex workstreams aligned and moving forward.The ideal candidate is a strong program leader who can operate across business and technology teams, create delivery discipline in complex environments, and hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes. What We Are Specifically Looking For:We are targeting experienced program and delivery leaders who have successfully coordinated complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives involving multiple teams, workstreams, and partners. Experience should include:<ul><li>Leading integrated programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.</li><li>Translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and delivery plans.</li><li>Coordinating business, technology, and external partner teams.</li><li>Establishing effective program governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.</li><li>Managing dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and executive decisions.</li><li>Creating accountability and delivery discipline across teams.</li><li>Providing clear and consistent executive visibility into program progress.</li></ul>The ability to operate effectively in complex, high-ambiguity enterprise environments is critical to this role. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own the integrated program roadmap and overall delivery plan.</li><li>Coordinate workstreams across business, technology, Intellibus, and partner teams.</li><li>Establish and maintain program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.</li><li>Establish governance, reporting, escalation, and executive communication mechanisms.</li><li>Drive accountability across teams and workstreams.</li><li>Translate strategic priorities into measurable execution and outcomes.</li><li>Identify delivery friction, blockers, and cross-team dependencies and drive resolution.</li><li>Maintain alignment across program stakeholders and ensure decisions are clearly communicated.</li><li>Provide consistent executive visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and required actions.</li><li>Continuously improve cross-team coordination and delivery discipline.</li></ul> Required Experience:<ul><li>10+ years of program, delivery, technology, or transformation leadership experience.</li><li>Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.</li><li>Experience managing integrated roadmaps across multiple workstreams and teams.</li><li>Strong experience with program governance, milestone management, risk and dependency management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive accountability across business, technology, and partner organizations.</li><li>Experience translating strategic priorities into executable delivery plans.</li><li>Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve critical delivery risks and dependencies.</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise delivery practices and program management disciplines.</li><li>Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and complex organizational environments.</li><li>Strong presentation, reporting, and structured documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to establish delivery cadence and provide clear executive-level visibility.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to removing delivery friction.</li></ul> We work closely with<ul><li>⁠TypeScript</li><li>⁠React 19 / Next.js 16</li><li>⁠Node.js / Hono</li><li>⁠Tailwind CSS</li><li>⁠PostgreSQL / Supabase</li><li>⁠Drizzle ORM</li><li>⁠Redis</li><li>⁠pgvector / Vector Search</li><li>⁠Better Auth</li><li>⁠Vercel AI SDK / OpenRouter</li><li>⁠Python / TypeScript Data Pipelines</li><li>⁠Recharts</li><li>⁠Playwright</li><li>⁠Sentry</li><li>⁠Docker / Railway</li><li>⁠Git / GitHub Actions / pnpm</li></ul> Compensation: $80-$100/hr Our Process<ul><li>15-minute introductory video call with a member of our team</li><li>Proctored GQ assessment and slideware exercise to evaluate problem-solving and presentation skills</li><li>Leadership and Executive interviews (panel or individual sessions, as needed)</li><li>Offer decision and onboarding</li></ul> If you are interested in reaching out to us, please apply, and our team will contact you within the hour.
