• Provide independent HR support and services in any HR functional area (e.g. staffing, classification, employee benefits, employee relations, information systems, policy development)
• Serve as a project lead, collaborating with others to effectively implement the project objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 3-5 years experience in Federal HR Support
• Public Trust Clearance
• Experience in Federal HR staffing, classification, employee benefits, employee relations, information systems, policy development
• Experience serving as a project lead, collaborating with others to effectively implement the project objectives
