This job post is for Filipino Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines, and with at least 3 years of remote experience as a UK Property Manager.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage tenancy documentation, renewals, and compliance records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants, contractors, and landlords
  • Update property listings, respond to tenant inquiries, and manage calendars
  • Handle admin and bookkeeping tasks, including rent tracking and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to clients efficiently
  • Assist with HMO management, single lets, or Airbnb operations (where applicable)

    • What Were Looking For (non-negotiable):

  • at least 25 years old, College Graduate (Business / Management / Marketing / Hospitality)
  • at least 3 years of remote experience as a UK Property Manager
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Creative, Detail-oriented, Professional, and Proactive
  • Comfortable working UK business hours
  • Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup
  • Full-time commitment not working with multiple clients
