Senior Fulfillment Operations Leader

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager for the Oklahoma City Fulfillment Center. You will oversee budgetary, people development, and operational objectives, leading a team of Operations and Area Managers to drive performance and leadership strength within the FC. You will balance operational excellence with team development, drive Lean initiatives, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other leaders to secure resources for projects.
