About the Role
IntelliPro Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse and production operations in Mesquite, Texas.
The successful candidate will assist with receiving, handling, organizing, storing, and preparing materials and products while following established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
This role is well suited for someone who is dependable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials, products, and supplies.
- Load and unload materials and products safely and efficiently.
- Move materials between designated warehouse, production, and storage areas.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products or materials for shipment.
- Verify quantities, product information, labels, and documentation during receiving and shipping activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure materials are properly identified and easily accessible.
- Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, packaging, and shipment preparation.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools in accordance with training and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company health, safety, quality, and operational policies.
- Identify and report damaged materials, products, equipment, or unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, quality, and other operational teams to support daily activities.

Key Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Relevant warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Experience
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or material-handling experience is preferred.
